Hello. I have a LeelBox Q1 – The program app from playstore called ALL 4 plays the content from Channel 4 in England. This worked well for about a month. I installed some other apps and now the app ALL 4 now no longer plays the main programs, but only plays the adverts, when the main tv program starts, the screen becomes black, but the audio continues. I have done a factory reset, and reinstalled All4 – Same result. Any ideas please. Maybe the main program is transmitted in a higher resolution than the adverts. Possibly there is a video decoding problem or something. Any suggestions please. my email address is timpullenipad@gmail.com
